Business case advice for funding and planning applications for development activities. These have included £0.47m of Towns Fund invesment and £2.1m of SPF capital and revenue into the Royal Cornwall Museum on behalf of the Royal Institution of Cornwall. £0.8m of SPF capital and revenue into Porthcurno on behalf of the PK Portcurno Museum, a riverside boatyard development for TMS Development. Market and viability assessments for securing future funding bids for high street, heritage, and infrastructure improvement projects for the Shepton Mallet town centre masterplan on behalf of the former Mendip District Council.
